Credit Facility Documents definition

Credit Facility Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Facility, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

Credit Facility Documents means, collectively, the Credit Agreement, any Notes, the LC Documents and any other letter agreements or similar documents entered into by Administrative Agent (in its capacity as administrative agent under the Credit Agreement) and Borrower in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Credit Facility Documents mentioned above.

Credit Facility Documents. The term "Credit Facility Documents" as used in this Mortgage shall have the meaning given to such term in the Credit Agreement.

Examples of Credit Facility Documents in a sentence

• Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of any one or more Events of Default, all amounts then remaining unpaid on this Note may become or be declared to be immediately due and payable as provided in the Credit Agreement and other Credit Facility Documents.

• Administrative Agent is hereby authorized by the Lenders to execute, deliver and perform each of the Credit Facility Documents to which Administrative Agent is or is intended to be a party and each Lender agrees to be bound by all of the agreements of Administrative Agent contained in the Credit Facility Documents.

• Nothing contained in this Agreement, the Notes or in any of the other Credit Facility Documents shall be deemed or construed to create a partnership, tenancy-in-common, joint tenancy, joint venture or co-ownership by or between the Lenders and Borrower or any other Person.

• Except as otherwise expressly provided, the Rules of Interpretation set forth in Exhibit A shall apply to this Agreement and the other Credit Facility Documents.

More Definitions of Credit Facility Documents

Credit Facility Documents has the meaning ascribed to the term “Loan Documents” in the Credit Agreement.

Credit Facility Documents means this Agreement, the Security, the Bankers’ Acceptances, the Letters of Credit issued hereunder, any Intercreditor Agreement(s) and all other documents necessary to implement the financings comprised in the Credit Facilities.
