Credit Agreement Documents definition

Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced (whether or not upon termination, and whether with the original lenders or otherwise), restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

Examples of Credit Agreement Documents in a sentence

• As of the Effective Date, the DIP Claims shall be Allowed in the full amount outstanding under the DIP Credit Agreement Documents on such date.

• The DIP Facility Claims shall be deemed to be Allowed for all purposes as fully Secured Claims in an amount equal to (i) the principal amount outstanding under the DIP Facility on such date, (ii) all interest accrued and unpaid thereon to the date of payment, and (iii) any and all accrued and unpaid fees, expenses, and indemnification or other obligations of any kind payable under the DIP Credit Agreement Documents.

More Definitions of Credit Agreement Documents

Credit Agreement Documents means (a) the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Credit Agreement and (b) any other related documents or instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the documents referred to in the foregoing clause (a), in each case, as such documents or instruments may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
