Covered Countries definition

Covered Countries means each contracting party to The Patent Cooperation Treaty (currently published at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/pct/en/) and “Covered Country” means one of them;
Covered Countries means Canada, the United States, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand;
Covered Countries means the DRC and any country that shares an internationally recognized border with the DRC. Such countries presently include Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, the Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.

  • Seller represents that, regardless of whether Seller is publicly traded or not, Seller does not procure Conflict Minerals from Covered Countries, as those terms are defined by and consistent with the Securities and Exchange Commission’s final rule on Conflict Minerals, 17 CFR Parts 240 and 249(b), promulgated pursuant to Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

Covered Countries means the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and any adjoining country that shares an internationally recognized border with the DRC.
