Corporation Property definition

Corporation Property means all items and materials provided by the Corporation to the Executive, or to which the Executive has access, in the course of his employment, including, without limitation, all files, records, documents, drawings, specifications, memoranda, notes, reports, manuals, equipment, computer disks, videotapes, drawings, blueprints and other documents and similar items relating to the Corporation, its Affiliates or their respective customers, whether prepared by the Executive or others, and any and all copies, abstracts and summaries thereof.
Corporation Property means any and all property of the Corporation or any Restricted Subsidiary, or rights, title or interest of the Corporation or any Restricted Subsidiary in property, howsoever arising, acquired or obtained, whether now or hereafter existing, whether tangible or intangible, whether real or personal, and wherever located.
Corporation Property means all owned, leased, used or maintained lands, facilities, structures, trains and vehicles of the Corporation;

  • Section 4 (Compensation Upon Termination), Section 5 (Competitive Business Activities, Trade Secrets, Confidential Information and Corporation Property), and Section 6 (Change in Control) shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement, regardless of the reasons for such expiration or termination, until the obligations set forth therein have been satisfied.

  • The Executive shall return all Corporation Property in his or her possession or under his or her control in good condition forthwith upon any request by the Corporation or upon any termination of this Agreement and of the Executive’s employment hereunder (regardless of the reason for such termination).

  • Should Employee inadvertently retain and later realize that Employee has retained any such Corporation Property, Employee shall notify and return such Corporation Property to the Corporation within two (2) calendar days of Employee’s discovery.


More Definitions of Corporation Property

Corporation Property includes any and all proprietary technology, financial, operating and training information, all works of expression and any copyrights in such works, Developments (defined below), current or potential business contacts and contract development information, patentable inventions, discoveries or trade secrets, and any materials, tools, equipment, devices, records, files, data, tapes, computer programs, computer disks, software, communications, letters, proposals, memoranda, lists, drawings, blueprints, correspondence, specifications or any other documents or property belonging to Corporation.
Corporation Property means all capital assets of the Corporation wherever located, including without limitation any or all land, leasehold interests, buildings, fixtures, furnishings, equipment, personal property, hardware, supplies and inventory of the Corporation, whether separately or together with any other such assets, and all stock owned by the Corporation in any corporation which may own any such capital assets.
