Contractual Completion Date definition

Contractual Completion Date means the date specified in the Agreement for the completion of the Work.
Contractual Completion Date the date on which BT has agreed to complete provision of a Partial Private Circuit pursuant to Schedule 03 and Annex E, or of a Third Party Link pursuant to Schedule 04 and Annex E, or such other date as may be agreed in writing by the Parties; “CP2CP Managed Move” the process of moving a Partial Private Circuit from one Communication Provider’s (CP) Point of Handover (PoH) to another CP’s network, as set out in Annex F.

Examples of Contractual Completion Date in a sentence

  • The ESCO must complete the installation of the EPC Solutions on or before the Contractual Completion Date unless agreed otherwise.

  • In the event that the conditions in Clauses 14(i)(v) above are met, the Agency shall, by notice in writing to the ESCO within seven (7) days of the receipt by the Agency of the ESCO's notice given, grant a reasonable extension to the Contractual Completion Date.

  • The parties agree that the liquidated damages provided for by this Clause represent a genuine pre-estimate of the Agency’s damages arising from delays in the installation of the EPC Solutions works after the Contractual Completion Date, and are not the Agency's sole remedy in relation to the circumstances giving rise to the liquidated damages.

  • The Contractual Completion Date shall also be the "completion date" for the purposes of the Standard Conditions.


More Definitions of Contractual Completion Date

Contractual Completion Date means the later of the date 10 Working Days following: (a) the date the Option is exercised; or (b) the Transfer is agreed under Clause 14 "Currency of the Option" means the period commencing upon the date of this Agreement and expiring upon: (a) the date of expiry of the Option Period if the Option is not exercised; or (b) Completion if the Option is exercised
