Contract Terms and Conditions definition

Contract Terms and Conditions means the Special Terms and Conditions and these Uniform Terms and Conditions taken collectively.
Contract Terms and Conditions means Terms and Conditions as referenced in the RFP. “Deliverable” means the completion of a milestone or accomplishment of a task. “Proposal” means the Respondent’s proposal submitted in response to the RFP.
Contract Terms and Conditions means the entire Contract document including but not limited to: the Contract; a Solicitation Document incorporated by reference in the Contract; and all attachments, exhibits or other requirements specifically referenced in the Contract.

  • This Contract; Appendix A, Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services Contract Terms and Conditions; Appendix B, Vendor’s Historically Underutilized Businesses Subcontracting Plan; Appendix C, Sample Statement of Work; Exhibit 1, Vendor’s Response to RFO DIR-TSO-TMP-253, including all addenda; and Exhibit 2, RFO DIR-TSO-TMP-253, including all addenda; are incorporated by reference and constitute the entire agreement between DIR and Vendor.

  • All Change Orders are subject to the Contract Terms and Conditions except to the extent they are modified by Change Order.

  • In the event that an amendment conflicts with the State of Ohio Standard Contract Terms and Conditions, the Amendment will prevail.
