Contract Supervisor definition

Contract Supervisor means a person designated by the Contractor to supervise the Work associated with this Contract;
Contract Supervisor means the architect or engineer or other person named in the Contract as the Contract Supervisor, or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Procuring Entity to be the Contract Supervisor for the purposes of the Contract and notified as such in writing to the Contractor by the Procuring Entity.
