Continuation Pay definition

Continuation Pay means those payments so described in Section 8.2 hereof.

Examples of Continuation Pay in a sentence

  • A Separation from Service has occurred on the first day of the Participant’s salary continuation leave taken under the Company’s Salary Continuation Pay Plan.

  • Exceptions may be made if the termination is a result of the Participant’s retirement, death or a qualifying event under the Wells Fargo & Company Salary Continuation Pay Plan as set forth in the leave of absence or death or retirement policies in the Plan Administration section.

  • Company Employees shall receive credit for years of service to Company, the Company Subsidiaries and any predecessors of Company or the Company Subsidiaries (to the extent credited under the vacation and short-term disability programs of Company) for the purpose of determining benefits under the Xxxxx Fargo Paid Time Off Program, Salary Continuation Pay Plan and Short Term Disability Plan.

  • For Participants who receive notice of a qualifying event under the Wells Fargo & Company Salary Continuation Pay Plan, the Notice Period (as defined by that plan) should be considered in determining whether the Participant satisfies the three-month “actively at work” requirement.

  • A Separation from Service has occurred on the first day of your salary continuation leave taken under the Company’s Salary Continuation Pay Plan.

  • Employment Continuation Pay shall not be made from any benefit plan funds, and shall constitute an unfunded unsecured obligation of the Company.

  • In the event the Company elects to have Executive immediately cease working during the one (1) month notice period as provided in the foregoing sentence and Executive finds alternative employment that is not in violation of any provision herein, including, without limitation, Section 13 hereof, Executive may accept and engage in the alternative employment without forfeiting the Continuation Pay.

Related to Continuation Pay

  • Continuation Coverage means coverage under a COBRA continuation provision or a similar state program. Coverage provided by a plan that is subject to a COBRA continuation provision or similar state program, but that does not satisfy all the requirements of that provision or program, will be deemed to be continuation coverage if it allows an individual to elect to continue coverage for a period of at least 18 months. Continuation coverage does not include coverage under a conversion policy required to be offered to an individual upon exhaustion of continuation coverage, nor does it include continuation coverage under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program.

  • Continuation Date means any date on which Borrower continues a LIBOR Advance into another Interest Period.

  • Continuation Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Benefit Period means the period of time from the date of the Accident causing the Injury for which benefits are payable, as shown in the Schedule of Benefits, and the date after which no further benefits will be paid.
