Relevant Benefits definition

Relevant Benefits means any pension, annuity, lump sum, gratuity or other like benefit given or to be given on retirement or death, or in anticipation of retirement.
Relevant Benefits means benefits which are not attributable (directly or indirectly) to a pension credit;

More Definitions of Relevant Benefits

Relevant Benefits means any pension, lump sum, gratuity or other like benefit given or to be given on retirement or on death or in anticipation of retirement or, in connection with past service, after retirement or death;

Relevant Benefits means any pension (including an annuity), lump sum, gratuity or other like benefit given or to be given on retirement or on death or in anticipation of retirement, or, in connection with past service, after retirement or death, or by virtue of a pension sharing order or provision or to be given on or in anticipation of or in connection with any change in the nature of the service of any Transferred Employee employed in the United Kingdom.
