Contingent Interest Period means any six-month period from May 23 to, but excluding, November 23, and from November 23 to, but excluding, May 23, with the initial six-month period commencing on May 23, 2008.

Contingent Interest Period means (i) the period commencing on, and including, June 6, 2011 and ending on, but excluding, December 1, 2011, and (ii) each six-month period from June 1 to November 30 or from December 1 to May 31 thereafter.
