Conduit Purchasers definition

Conduit Purchasers means each commercial paper conduit that is a party to the Agreement, as a purchaser, or that becomes a party to the Agreement, as a purchaser pursuant to an Assumption Agreement.

Conduit Purchasers means, collectively, the Persons identified as “Conduit Purchasers” on Schedule 1 (Purchaser Groups).

Conduit Purchasers means each Purchaser that is a commercial paper conduit.

Conduit Purchasers. Defined in the Preamble of this Agreement.

Conduit Purchasers means, collectively, Liberty Street Funding Corp., Beethoven Funding Corporation, Amsterdam Funding Corporation, Park Avenue Receivables Company, LLC, Xxxxxxxx Funding Corporation and Working Capital Management Co., LP and any of their successors and permitted assigns, and such other purchasers as shall become parties to the Series 2000-1 Note Purchase Agreement as Conduit Purchasers.
