Company Web Sites definition

Company Web Sites means, collectively, all Web Sites maintained by or on behalf of Company and its affiliates.

Company Web Sites is defined in Section 4.17(a).

Company Web Sites means Xxxxxxxxx.xxx, Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx (including xxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx) and/or Xxxxxxxxx.xxx (including xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), individually or collectively, as the case may be.

Examples of Company Web Sites in a sentence

• Company shall integrate links to pages of the InfoSpace Web Sites determined by InfoSpace (and subject to change by InfoSpace from time to time) on the primary home page for each of the Company Web Sites.

• Unless otherwise specified in the Project Schedule, the Company will be responsible for payment for, and entering into appropriate licensing agreements concerning use of Third Party Software required to operate (i.e., run and display) the Company Web Site(s) or any other licensing agreements for which Consultant is not responsible hereunder.

• Consultant will complete the Company Web Site(s) on the timetable established in the "Project Timetable, Works Delivery and Payment Schedule" in the Project Schedule (the "PROJECT TIMETABLE").

• Company will provide to Consultant the Company Materials, including all media elements, materials, timely approvals necessary for Consultant to complete the Company Web Site(s) on the Project Timetable.

• As between the parties, Company retains all right, title and interest in and to the Company Web Sites (including, without limitation, any and all content, data, URLs, domain names, technology, software, code, user interfaces, "look and feel", Trademarks and other items posted thereon or used in connection or associated therewith; but excluding any Content or other items supplied by InfoSpace) and the Company Marks along with all Intellectual Property Rights associated with any of the foregoing.

More Definitions of Company Web Sites

Company Web Sites shall have meaning given to such term in Section 3.13.8 herein.

Company Web Sites shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.13(m) of this Agreement. Confidentiality Agreement shall mean the Confidentiality Agreement, dated July 24, 2007 between the Company and Parent. Consent shall mean any consent, approval, order or authorization (including any Governmental Authorization) of, or any declaration, filing or registration with, or any application, notice or report to, or any waiver by, or any other action (whether similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing) of, by or with, any Person, which is necessary in order to take a specified action or actions in a specified manner and/or to achieve a specified result. Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.4(a) of this Agreement. Contract shall mean any written or oral contract, agreement, instrument, order, arrangement, commitment or understanding of any nature, including sales orders, purchase orders, leases, subleases, data processing agreements, maintenance agreements, license agreements, sublicense agreements, loan agreements, promissory notes, instruments, security agreements, pledge agreements, deeds, mortgages, guaranties, indemnities, warranties, employment agreements, consulting agreements, sales representative agreements, joint venture agreements, buy-sell agreements, options or warrants. Contract Right shall mean any right, power or remedy of any nature under any Contract, including rights to receive property or services or otherwise derive benefits from the payment, satisfaction or performance of another party’s Obligations, rights to demand that another party accept property or services or take any other actions, and rights to pursue or exercise remedies or options.

Company Web Sites shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(n) of this Agreement.

Company Web Sites means the Kxxx.xxx Web Site (“Kiss”) maintained by or on behalf of Company and its affiliates.

Company Web Sites means the following Web Sites maintained by or on behalf of Company and its affiliates: www.xxxxxxx.xxx.

Company Web Sites has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 4.15(d).

Company Web Sites is defined in Section 4.14(k).
