Company Tax Certificate definition

Company Tax Certificate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(b).
Company Tax Certificate means a form of certificate attached to the Company Letter which contains certain representations substantially to the effect of the representations to be made by the Company in connection with the tax opinions contemplated by Sections 8.2(c) and 8.3(d).
Company Tax Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 8.14(c).

More Definitions of Company Tax Certificate

Company Tax Certificate means the certificate in the form attached as Exhibit A to the Company Disclosure Letter and to be delivered by the Company pursuant to Sections 7.02(c) and 7.03(c).

Related to Company Tax Certificate

  • Tax Certificate means the Federal Tax Certificate executed and delivered by the City on the Date of Original Issue of any Bond issued as a Tax-Exempt Bond, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its provisions.
