Company Responsibilities definition

Company Responsibilities means an Investigator’s professional responsibilities on behalf of the Company, and as defined by the Company in its policy on FCOI, which may include for example: activities such as research, research consultation, teaching, professional practice, company committee memberships, and service on panels such as Institutional Review Boards or Data and Safety Monitoring Boards.
Company Responsibilities means the Investigator’s professional responsibilities associated with his or her Company appointment or position, such as research, teaching, clinical activities, administration, and Company internal and external professional committee services.
