Company Partner definition

Company Partner means any Person which manufactures, develops, packages, processes, labels, tests or distributes products pursuant to a development, commercialization, manufacturing, supply, testing or other collaboration arrangement with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Partner means, in respect of the ADX Site(s): (i) the owner (if not Company) of those Sites (if Company is not the owner of the ADX Site(s)); (ii) the third party with which Company is co-branding the ADX Site(s); or (iii) the third party for which Company is providing the Site on a white label basis;
Company Partner means any partner or other third party which pursuant to a contract with the Company or any of its subsidiaries co-develops, co-promotes, co-markets or otherwise has a license or other right to research, develop, manufacture, supply, test, distribute, market, promote, offer for sale, sell or import or to otherwise exploit any Covered Product.
