Company Information Systems definition

Company Information Systems has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(n).
Company Information Systems means any systems and/or computers managed by Company, which includes laptops and network devices.
Company Information Systems means the software, systems, servers, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment of or otherwise used by the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.

Company Information Systems means Information Systems which are owned by or reserved for operation by or on behalf of the Company.
