Company Credit Facilities definition

Company Credit Facilities means the facilities set forth on Schedule 1.1(CCF) of the Company Disclosure Letter.

Company Credit Facilities means that certain line of credit with Community Bank, N.A., referenced by loan number C-17-07-241442, but specifically excludes certain capital leases and mortgages disclosed elsewhere in this Agreement.

Company Credit Facilities means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of December 13, 2018, by and among the Company, KeyBank National Association, as agent for the lenders thereunder, and the other parties thereto, as amended by the First Amendment thereto, dated as of May 10, 2019, the Second Amendment thereto, dated as of February 10, 2020, the Third Amendment thereto, dated as of April 7, 2020 and the Fourth Amendment thereto, dated as of June 29, 2020.

Examples of Company Credit Facilities in a sentence

• The Existing Company Credit Facilities and the indenture for the Existing Company Notes have not been amended, restated or otherwise modified or waived by the Company or its Affiliates prior to the date of this Agreement.

• The Company has provided to Parent true and correct copies of the Existing Company Credit Facilities (including all annexes, exhibits, schedules and other attachments thereto) and the indenture for the Existing Company Notes (including any supplemental indentures thereto).

• As of the date of this Agreement, no event has occurred which would constitute a breach or default (or an event which with notice or lapse of time or both would constitute a default) on the part of Intermediate II or its Subsidiaries under the Existing Company Credit Facilities or the indenture for the Existing Company Notes.

• The Company shall not be required to provide any irrevocable termination or repayment notices with respect to any Company Credit Facilities or other Specified Company Indebtedness until Parent has irrevocably provided Parent with the funds to pay all amounts payable in connection with the repayment of the Company Credit Facilities and the Specified Company Indebtedness.

Company Credit Facilities means (a) that certain Fifth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of October 20, 2017, by and among Liberty Property Limited Partnership, Liberty Property Trust, Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent, and the lenders party thereto; and (b) that certain Line of Credit, dated as of October 20, 2017, between Liberty Property Limited Partnership and PNC Bank, National Association, in each case, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the date of this Agreement.

Company Credit Facilities means that certain Secured Credit Agreement, dated as of December 12, 2011, as amended to date, by and among the Company, the other parties party thereto, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., in its capacity as agent thereunder.
