Common Safekeeper definition

Common Safekeeper means an ICSD in its capacity as common safekeeper or a person nominated by the ICSDs to perform the role of common safekeeper;
Common Safekeeper means, in relation to a Series of ETP Securities issued in NGN or NSS form, the common safekeeper for Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg appointed in respect of such Series.
