Committed Purchasers definition

Committed Purchasers means PNC and each other Person that is or becomes a party to this Agreement in the capacity of a “Committed Purchaser”.

Committed Purchasers is defined in Section 1.1(b).

Committed Purchasers means, collectively, the Persons identified as “Committed Purchasers” on Schedule 1 (Purchaser Groups).

Examples of Committed Purchasers in a sentence

• In this Agreement, unless otherwise specified: (a) capitalized terms are used as defined in (or by reference in) Appendix A to the Third Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated as of the date hereof (as amended, restated, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time, the “ Receivables Purchase Agreement ” ) among the SPEs, as sellers, the Servicer, the Conduit Purchasers, Committed Purchasers and Purchaser Agents from time to time party thereto, Mizuho Bank, Ltd.

• The Conduit Purchasers may, in their sole discretion, make Incremental Investments in any Approved Currency so requested from time to time, and if a Conduit Purchaser in any Purchaser Group elects not to make any such Incremental Investment, the Committed Purchasers in such Purchaser Group have agreed that they shall make such Incremental Investment, in each case subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

• Steel Receivables LLC, as Seller; United States Steel Corporation, as initial Servicer; the persons party thereto as CP Conduit Purchasers, Committed Purchasers, LC Banks and Funding Agents; and The Bank of Nova Scotia, as Collateral Agent.

• Each Purchase to be made under the Receivables Purchase Agreement on or after the date hereof shall be made and funded entirely by the Purchasers in Market Street’s Purchaser Group, rather than by the Purchasers in Atlantic’s Purchaser Group, until the aggregate Capital of the Purchasers in Market Street’s Purchaser Group equals the aggregate Commitment of the Related Committed Purchasers in Market Street’s Purchaser Group.

• Any Purchase or portion thereof to be made under the Receivables Purchase Agreement after the aggregate Capital of the Purchaser’s in Market Street’s Purchaser Group equals the aggregate Commitment of the Related Committed Purchasers in Market Street’s Purchaser Group shall be made and funded by the Purchasers in Atlantic’s Purchaser Group.

More Definitions of Committed Purchasers

Committed Purchasers has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

Committed Purchasers means, collectively, ABN, BNS, Deutsche Bank, Dresdner, JPMorgan, BNP Paribas and WCMC, as each such term is defined in the definition of “Ownership Group,” and any of their successors and permitted assigns, and such other purchasers as shall become parties to the Series 2000-1 Note Purchase Agreement as Committed Purchasers.

Committed Purchasers means MUFG and each other Person that is or becomes a party to this Agreement in the capacity of a “Committed Purchaser”.

Committed Purchasers means the banks and other financial institutions identified as such on Schedule B to the Receivables Transfer Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

Committed Purchasers means the Three Pillars Committed Purchaser(s), the Blue Ridge Committed Purchaser(s) and the Falcon Committed Purchaser(s).

Committed Purchasers is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:
