Commercial Cannabis Activities definition

Commercial Cannabis Activities means the cultivation, possession, manufacture, distribution, processing, storing, laboratory testing, packaging, labeling, transportation, delivery, or sale of Cannabis as provided for pursuant to State Cannabis Laws.
Commercial Cannabis Activities means all permitted activities: e.g., cultivation, possession, manufacture, processing, storing, laboratory testing, packaging, labeling, transportation, delivery or distribution of Cannabis and/or Cannabis Products.
Commercial Cannabis Activities means any commercial cannabis activity licensed pursuant to the Medicinal and Adult-Use Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act (“MAUCRSA”), including but not limited to, cultivation, possession, distribution, laboratory testing, labeling, retail, delivery, sale or manufacturing of cannabis or cannabis products.
