Codexis Documentation definition

Codexis Documentation means any documentation disclosed by Codexis to GSK pursuant to Article 2 (including with respect to Codexis Core Technology Improvements or the Platform Technology), including all Codexis Methods, the Technology Transfer Plan, and documentation related to the Codexis Software and the documentation described in the Technology Transfer Plan and any and all copies thereof, in whole or in part.
Codexis Documentation means any documentation disclosed by Codexis to Merck pursuant to Article 2 (including with respect to the Platform Technology and any Improvements), including all documentation relating to the Codexis Methods, the Technology Transfer Plan, and documentation related to the Codexis Software and the documentation described in the Technology Transfer Plan and any and all copies thereof, in whole or in part.
Codexis Documentation means any documentation disclosed by Codexis to Merck pursuant to Article 2 (including with respect to the Platform Technology and any Improvements), including all documentation relating to the Codexis Methods, the Technology Transfer Plan, and documentation related to the Codexis Software and the documentation described in the Technology Transfer Plan and any and all copies thereof, in whole or in part.

Examples of Codexis Documentation in a sentence

  • Codexis shall promptly transfer to Merck (a) the Initial Technology Transfer Inventory, (b) the Codexis Materials, (c) the Codexis Documentation, and (d) the Codexis Software and other Platform Technology, at dates no later than those set forth in the timelines in Technology Transfer Plan.

  • All the limitations and restrictions on Codexis Software in this Agreement shall also apply to any Codexis Documentation for the Codexis Software.

Related to Codexis Documentation

  • Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.

  • Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Service documentation means all records and information on one or more documents, including documents that may be created or maintained in electronic software programs, created and maintained contemporaneously with the delivery of services, and kept in a manner as to fully disclose the nature and extent of services delivered that shall include the items delineated in paragraph (E) of this rule to validate payment for medicaid services.

  • Regulatory Documentation means all applications, registrations, licenses, authorizations and approvals (including all Approvals), all correspondence submitted to or received from Regulatory Authorities (including minutes and official contact reports relating to any communications with any Regulatory Authority), all supporting documents and all Clinical Trials and tests, including the manufacturing batch records, relating to a Product, and all data contained in any of the foregoing, including all regulatory drug lists, advertising and promotion documents, adverse event files and complaint files.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Related Documentation means, with respect to Software, all materials, documentation (including control documentation utilized in connection with an audit), specifications, technical manuals, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions and other written information that describes the function and use of such Software, but excluding source code.

  • Sedimentation means a process for removal of solids before filtration by gravity or separation.

  • Background Material means any pre-existing works in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by either Party, which have been prepared by that Party outside the scope of this Agreement or which were licensed from a third party by that Party.”

  • Supporting Documentation means the documents listed in Schedule A of this Certificate which forms part of this

  • Packaging Materials means the packaging materials for any of the Products, including product labels, packaging inserts, external packaging and similar materials.
