Code of Conduct definition

Code of Conduct means the SFC's Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the Securities and Futures Commission.
Code of Conduct means an agreement or set of rules not imposed by law, regulation or administrative provision of a Member State which defines the behaviour of traders who undertake to be bound by the code in relation to one or more particular commercial practices or business sectors;
Code of Conduct means the written policies adopted by an Institution governing student behavior, rights, and responsibilities while such student is matriculated in the Institution.
