Conduct Policy. You are responsible for your conduct as a user of the Service. You agree that you will not do anything (including sharing Content) which: • is threatening, bullying, defamatory, abusive, obscene, lewd, sexually provocative or suggestive, pornographic, or which could give rise to any liability under the law; • is or could be taken as slurs, hate speech, or attacks on individuals or groups based on race, color, gender, age, religion, national origin, disability, sexual preferences, or gender identity; • is spam (sending the same message multiple times or to multiple people, or sharing or sending the same content multiple times, will be treated as spam); • is an advertisement for any lewd or inappropriate personal conduct, commercial product, or activity; • encourages or constitutes behavior that doesn’t support a safe environment for all users, including bullying, vigilantism, or any threatening, harmful, harassing, abusive, vulgar, hateful, defamatory, lewd, sexually provocative, inflammatory, profane, racially or ethnically objectionable or discriminatory content, encourages inappropriate, disrespectful, abusive, or unlawful conduct, or otherwise makes the Service an uncomfortable experience for anyone; • restricts or discourages any other user from using the Service; • hacks, modifies, or otherwise makes use of automation (bots) or other unauthorized third- party software designed to modify the Service experience; • violates any laws or gives rise to civil liability; • violates any rights of third parties (including copyright, trademark, rights of privacy or publicity, or defamation); • imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Service or otherwise interferes with the Service; • is a “chain letter,” or constitutes “junk mail”; • claims that that you are affiliated with G.Round when you are not, including an “Administrator,” “Moderator,” “Game Master,” or any other employee or agent of G.Round; • requests other userslogin information;

Conduct Policy. Section 1: Town employees are expected to act honestly, conscientiously, reasonably and in good faith at all times regarding workplace issues having regard to their responsibilities, the interests of the Town and the welfare of its residents. Employees have an obligation to be present at work as required and to be absent from the workplace only with proper authorization ; to carry out their duties in an efficient , polite and competent manner, to maintain specified standards of performance; to comply with reasonable employer instructions on policies to work as directed; to respect the privacy of individuals and use confidential information only for the purpose for which it was intended ; to neither use, nor allow the use of Town property, resources, or funds for other than authorized purposes; to incur no liability on the part of the Town without proper authorization; and, to maintain all qualifications necessary for the performance of their duties legally and efficiently . The intent of this policy is to ensure that: 1) employees meet the Town ' s legitimate expectations in the areas of performance and behavior; 2) employees whose performance or behaviors are deficient are provided with the necessary assistance and motivation to meet the Town' s expectations; and 3) disciplinary action initiated against an employee is fair and appropriate. Failure to behave in a manner consistent with the standards of conduct and policies included herein may result in disciplinary action being initiated against the offending employee. The Town shall utilize a fair and equitable process in reviewing an employee' s alleged violation of these standards and policies and shall discipline the employee, if called for, in a manner appropriate given the violation. Disciplinary action resulting in suspension and/or termination of employment due to a violation of this policy shall be subject to the grievance procedures set forth in Article 7.

Conduct Policy. 1. The member is responsible for the behavior of their guests and themselves at the event. Distasteful behavior, violation of IABC rules, or misconduct by a guest(s) or the renting member, will result in penalties. Users shall not use the Site in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise). Users shall not falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded. Users shall not restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Site, harvest or otherwise collect any information about other users or companies listed on the Site, create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others, download or otherwise copy or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity any directory of users of the Site or other user or usage information or any portion thereof. Oracle may, in its sole discretion, immediately terminate any account which it believes is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any spam or other unsolicited bulk messages.
