Clinical Trial Agreement definition

Clinical Trial Agreement means the agreement between LICENSEE and MSK containing the terms and conditions under which the clinical research in relating to this Agreement will be performed
Clinical Trial Agreement means the agreement between POI and an Investigator that details the respective rights and obligations of both parties in relation to the Study;

More Definitions of Clinical Trial Agreement

Clinical Trial Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.1(b).
