Examples of Client Solutions in a sentence

  • At such time as Licensee or its Authorized Users submits a Dataform to CFS through the CFS Co-branded Site, the CFS Co-branded Site shall provide a free summary of the contents of the Client Solutions that have been generated at the request of Licensee or its Authorized Users.

  • At such time as Licensee or its Authorized Users requests the CFS Service and pays the applicable fees set forth in Paragraph 4.3, CFS will dispatch, for immediate download, to the Licensee or Authorized User the requested Client Solutions.

  • Licensee further acknowledges and agrees that it is the responsibility of Licensee to provide professional advice to its clients and that the Client Solutions are not intended to be a substitute for such professional guidance or oversight.

  • CFS will pay Licensee 30% for each Client Solutions purchased by Authorized Users within 30 days of end of month.

  • The Client Solutions Specialist will be required to demonstrate a high level of expertise in our products to enhance consultative value with customers while providing additional product selling opportunities.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee shall have no obligation to return copies or originals of the Client Solutions.

  • Client Solutions are generated solely based on the information entered into the Dataform by Licensee or its Authorized Users and may contain errors or inaccuracies, including errors or inaccuracies resulting from a failure of the Licensee or its Authorized Users to enter or supply accurate information.

  • Licensee acknowledges and agrees that it shall access only those Client Solutions of its Authorized Users with whom it has a confidential client relationship.

  • The Client Solutions are solely a tool to be used by Licensee and its Authorized Users and are not intended to serve as financial advice.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.

  • SAP Technology Solution(s means SAP NetWeaver Foundation for Third Party Applications, SAP Business Technology Platform (excluding when used solely as a Connectivity App between an SAP Application and ERP), SAP Signavio Solutions and SAP Process Insights (including any renamed, prior and/or successor versions of any of the foregoing made generally available by SAP if any but excluding when any of the foregoing are used as a User Interface for ERP.

  • Insight as used in this clause, means technical visibility into the Program, maintained through audit, surveillance, assessment of trends and metrics, software independent verification and validation, the flight readiness review process, and review or independent assessment of out-of-family anomalies occurring in any phase of the program.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • DCS means DaimlerChrysler Services North America LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, and its successors and permitted assigns.

  • Client means the Project lead of technical wing of the Purchaser for whose’ particular project the Goods / Services have been procured or any other person, duly appointed in writing, by the Client, for the time being or from time to time, to act as Client for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.

  • Nonpoint source means any project described in Section 319 of the Clean Water Act.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • T&Cs means these terms and conditions.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period, and which complies with the requirements as set out under Annexure D of this Agreement;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • CMC means Comprehensive maintenance Contract (labour, spare and preventive maintenance)

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Platform Services means the products and services that Platform Users receive from a Stripe Connect Platform, regardless of whether fees are charged (e.g., web development, customer support or hosting services).
