Class O Units definition

Class O Units means the Units having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class O Units in this Agreement.
Class O Units has the meaning set forth in the LLC Agreement.
Class O Units means those membership interests in the Company that are listed as Class O Units on Exhibit B.

Examples of Class O Units in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, an affirmative vote of Members owning two-thirds (2/3’s) of the Class O Units, Class M Units and Class A Units, voting as a single voting group, is required for the Company to amend the Articles of Organization or this Agreement.

  • If the Subscriber is subscribing for Class O Units, the Subscriber agrees to pay the fee set out on Schedule B of this Agreement.

Related to Class O Units

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Class B Common Units has the meaning set forth in Section 1(a) hereof.

  • Class A Common Units means the Company's Class A Common Units.

  • Class D Units has the meaning ascribed to such term in the LLC Agreement.

  • Class C Shares means the shares of Class C common stock of the Company.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class B Interests As set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Preferred Units means the Series A Preferred Units and the Series B Preferred Units.

  • Subordinated Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.

  • LTIP Units means a Partnership Unit which is designated as an LTIP Unit and which has the rights, preferences and other privileges designated in Section 4.6 and elsewhere in this Agreement in respect of holders of LTIP Units. The allocation of LTIP Units among the Partners shall be set forth in the Partner Registry, as it may be amended or restated from time to time.

  • Partnership Units or “Units” has the meaning provided in the Partnership Agreement.

  • Class A Preferred Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Class B Shares means the Class B ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class B Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Class A Shares means the Class A ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class A Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.

  • Class C Units means the Class C Units of the Company.

  • OP Units means units of limited partnership interest in the Operating Partnership.

  • Class B Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • Series A Preferred Units has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11(a).

  • Class A Preferred Stock means the Class A Preferred Stock of the Company, par value $0.0001 per share.

  • Membership Units means membership interests in the Company.

  • Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.

  • Class A Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).

  • LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.
