Class I Certificate definition

Class I Certificate means a certificate executed on behalf of the Trust and authenticated by the Trustee substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Class I Certificate. Any one of the Class I Certificates executed, authenticated and delivered pursuant to Section 5.01, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-15, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in the Master REMIC.

Class I Certificate. A Certificate designated as "Class I" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-10 hereto.

Examples of Class I Certificate in a sentence

• Each owner of record of a Class I Certificate will be entitled to receive such owner's Percentage Interest in the amounts distributed on such Distribution Date to the owners of the Class I Certificates.

• Each owner of record of a Class I Certificate will be entitled to receive such owner’s Percentage Interest in the amounts distributed on such Distribution Date to the owners of the Class I Certificates.

• The Residual Certificate and the Class I Certificate shall each be a Physical Certificate.

• The purchase price for each Certificate (other than a Class A-X Certificate, the Class I Certificate or a Residual Certificate) shall be equal to the sum of (i) the Certificate Principal Balance of such Certificate and (ii) any accrued but unpaid interest thereon at the applicable Pass-Through Rate with respect thereto for such Distribution Date.

• The Final Scheduled Maturity Date for each of the REMIC I Regular Interests, the REMIC II Regular Interests (other than Class I-2), the REMIC III Regular Interests (other than Class AIO-3 and Class I-3) and the Master REMIC Regular Interests (other than the Class A-IO Certificate and the Class I Certificate) shall be the Distribution Date in August, 2033.

Class I Certificate. Any Class I-1 Certificate, Class I-2 Certificate or Class I-3 Certificate.

Class I Certificate. Any Class I Certificate as designated on the face thereof, executed by the Securities Administrator and authenticated and delivered by the Certificate Registrar, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit C-2, evidencing the ownership of the Final Maturity Reserve Trust.

Class I Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class I Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit F hereto.

Class I Certificate. Any one of the Class I-A-1, Class I-A-2, Class I-A-3 and Class I-A-4 Certificates executed and delivered by the Trustee substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-1 evidencing ownership of an interest designated as a "regular interest" in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions, together, in the case of the Class I-A-1 Certificates with certain other rights as provided herein.

Class I Certificate. A Certificate denominated as a Class I Certificate, issued by the Trust pursuant to the Trust Agreement.
