Class F Certificate definition

Class F Certificate. Any one of the Certificates with a “Class F” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

Class F Certificate. Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-15 hereto.

Class F Certificate. A Certificate designated as "Class F" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-7 hereto.

Examples of Class F Certificate in a sentence

• None of the Depositor, the Trustee or the Certificate Registrar is obligated to register or qualify the Class F Certificates under the Securities Act or any other securities law or to take any action not otherwise required under the Agreement to permit the transfer of any Class F Certificate without registration or qualification.

• The Class F Certificates of the 1999-1 Series and all other Series of Class F Certificates issued under the Trust Agreement are generally payable out of the Trust Estate pari passu among such Class F Certificateholders equally and ratably without prejudice, priority or distinction between any Class F Certificate by reason of time of issue or otherwise.

Class F Certificate. A Certificate executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-6 hereto and designated as a Class F Certificate.

Class F Certificate. Any one of the Certificates with a "Class F" designation on the face thereof substantially in the form of Exhibit A-10 attached hereto and, prior to the Transition Date, evidencing a portion of REMIC III P&I Regular Interest F and, on and after the Transition Date, evidencing a portion of REMIC IV P&I Regular Interest F for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
