Class A Uniform definition

Class A Uniform. White uniform shirt, by Elbeco or Flying Cross with Barberton Fire Department/EMS patch on left sleeve, 9/11 Remembrance Patch on right sleeve, metal badge on left chest and name tag on right chest. Officers shall have cloth bars on the epaulets. Dress blouse shall be navy blue by Fechheimer Co., double breast with Barberton Fire Department patch on left shoulder, 9/11 Remembrance patch on right shoulder. Badge on left chest and name tag on right chest, gold buttons for officers, silver buttons for Firefighters, matching trousers, black dress shoes. Gold metal bars for officers shall be worn on the collar. Dress Cap shall be by Xxxxxx Co., Firefighters shall be round navy blue fire hat w/black braid band, Officers shall be round white fire hat w/gold stretch cap strap. Hat Badge shall be Xxxxxxxxxxx-B486 or equivalent if unavailable; FF-rhodium, Officers-gold. Red enamel seal; FF- A6991, Lt.-A6987, Capt.-A6983. Class A Uniform shall be worn by off-duty personnel to at least promotional ceremonies, funerals (active duty or retired), and city issued award ceremonies. Baseball Cap: Navy blue by Bayside, low profile, embroidered block lettering, red BFD with white outline. Can be worn with Duty or Class B Uniforms.
Class A Uniform means a tunic, pants, and forge cap approved by the Chief’s Office and is common to the Fire Service in Canada.

Examples of Class A Uniform in a sentence

  • Patent leather material, plain toes shall be worn with all full dress Class A Uniform.

  • New employees must acquire the Class A Uniform no later than ninety (90) days after completion of their Probationary period.

  • Members covered under this Agreement shall receive a one-time Class A voucher at an assigned vendor upon completion of his/her probationary period for the sole purpose of purchasing a Class A Uniform (required uniform items outlined in RR#6.6).

  • Class B pants shall be worn at all times, except with Class A Uniform or when exercising.

  • Dress or Class A Uniform: Officers attending formal functions in uniform such as funerals, weddings, or other occasions determined by the Chief of Police or his designee, will wear the dress uniform.

  • The following items shall constitute the minimum uniform kit and shall be in good condition and fit appropriately: - 4 Uniform Shirts - regardless of sleeve length - 2 Uniform Pants - 1 Wallet badge - Complete Class A Uniform, including Tunic, Dress Pant, (appropriate) Uniform Shirt, Tie, Hat, Hat badge and Dress Boots or Shoes.

  • Effective upon ratification between the parties and execution, add Class A Uniform and Bunker Gear to this list.

  • Class A Uniform – Prospectively, members covered under this Agreement shall receive a one-time Class A voucher at an assigned vendor upon completion of his/her probationary period for the sole purpose of purchasing a Class A Uniform (required uniform items outlined in RR#6.6).

  • October 10, 2022 – Tomball Police and Fire Pinning Ceremony and Class A Uniform Inspection at Lone Star College-Tomball, Beckendorf Conference Center – 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

  • Wear of the DUI centered on the shoulder loops of the Class A Uniform and ASU.

Related to Class A Uniform

  • Class A Unit means any Partnership Unit that is not specifically designated by the General Partner as being of another specified class of Partnership Units.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

  • Class A Limited Partner means EPCO Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its successors and assigns.

  • Class A Interests means the Units purchased by the Class A Members. The Class A Interests shall comprise sixty-five percent (65%) of the total Interests sold. Class A Percentage Interest shall be determined by calculating the ratio between each Class A Member’s Capital Account in relation to the total capitalization of the Company provided by the Class A Members.

  • Class A Interest Each of the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Interests.

  • Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.

  • Class A Members means those Members who have purchased Class A Interests.

  • Class A Share means a Class A ordinary share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the share capital of the Company.

  • Class B Interests As set forth in the Trust Agreement.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class B Limited Partner means any Person executing (by power of attorney or otherwise) this Agreement as of the date hereof as a Class B Limited Partner or hereafter admitted to the Partnership as a Class B Limited Partner as herein provided, but shall not include any Person who has ceased to be a Class B Limited Partner in the Partnership.

  • Class C Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class P," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.

  • Class A Common Unit means a Common Unit having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class A Common Units in this Agreement.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class R-III Interest The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC III.

  • Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class A-L Regular Interests The Class A-1A-L, Class A-1B-L and Class A-1C-L Regular Interests.

  • Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v) and (a)(vi), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.

  • Class B Interest Each of the Class B-1 and Class B-2 Interests.

  • Class B Class C," "Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
