Citizens Transfer Capability definition

Citizens Transfer Capability means the Citizens Percentage Interest of the Transfer Capability on the Underground Segment B.
Citizens Transfer Capability means the sum of (a) one hundred percent (100%) of the S-Line Upgrade Incremental Transfer Capability created by and specifically resulting from the S- Line Upgrade Project plus (b) fifty percent (50%) of the S-Line Upgrade Incremental Transfer Capability created by and specifically resulting from the El Centro Upgrade Project, subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 4.4.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, any failure of the CAISO to list the Citizens Transfer Capability as an Entitlement on its OASIS shall not constitute a Breach.

  • IID shall have exclusive operational control of the S-Line, subject to the following sentence: During the Term of this Lease, IID shall (a) allow CAISO to schedule the delivery of capacity and energy over the Citizens Transfer Capability consistent with the CAISO Tariff, (b) coordinate all planned outages of the Citizens Transfer Capability with CAISO, and (c) notify CAISO of any forced outages of the Citizens Transfer Capability as soon as practical.

  • IID shall be solely responsible for overseeing and performing all operations and maintenance services for the S-Line, including any aspect thereof related to or necessary for the Citizens Transfer Capability, in accordance with all Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards, and Good Utility Practice.

  • Citizens’ obligation under Section 9.2 to pay Asserted Property Taxes shall be without regard to or benefit of any tax exemption which would be available to IID if IID had not leased Citizens Transfer Capability to Citizens.

Related to Citizens Transfer Capability

  • Available Transfer Capability or “ATC” shall mean a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.

  • Total Transfer Capability or “TTC” shall mean the amount of electric power that can be moved or transferred reliably from one area to another area of the interconnected Transmission Systems by way of all transmission lines (or paths) between those areas under specified system conditions.

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) indicator means a four-character suffix to the unique entity identifier. The suffix is assigned at the discretion of the commercial, nonprofit, or Government entity to establish additional System for Award Management records for identifying alternative EFT accounts (see subpart 32.11) for the same entity.

  • Contactless Transaction means a Transaction that is authorised by you touching or holding your Card or linked device against or near a POS Terminal without the need to insert your Card.

  • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Alternate Fuel Capability means a situation where an alternate fuel could have been utilized whether or not the facilities for such use have actually been installed; provided however, where the use of natural gas is for plant protection, feedstock or process uses and the only alternate fuel is propane or other gaseous fuel, then the Buyer will be treated as if he had no alternate fuel capability.

  • Network Integration Transmission Service means the transmission service provided under Tariff, Part III.

  • Funds-transfer system means a wire transfer network, automated clearinghouse, or other communication system of a clearinghouse or other association of banks through which a payment order by a bank may be transmitted to the bank to which the order is addressed.

  • Digital Wallet means an electronic payment service that allows you to store a digital version of your Card on a computer or device and make payments using that Digital Card. Digital Wallets may be operated by third party Digital Wallet providers and are available on supported devices.

  • Capacity Export Transmission Customer means a customer taking point to point transmission service under Tariff, Part II to export capacity from a generation resource located in the PJM Region that has qualified for an exception to the RPM must-offer requirement as described in Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6.6(g).

  • Virtual Machine means a software container, implementation, or emulation of a Computer (i.e., a physical device) that runs its own operating system and executes application programs like a physical Computer.

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Transfer Passenger means passenger arriving and departing on a different aircraft, or on the same aircraft bearing different flight numbers;

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Available Flowgate Capability or “AFC” shall mean the rating of the applicable Flowgate less the projected loading across the applicable Flowgate less TRM and CBM. The firm AFC is calculated with only the appropriate Firm Transmission Service reservations (or interchange schedules) in the model, including recognition of all roll-over Transmission Service rights. Non- firm AFC is determined with appropriate firm and non-firm reservations (or interchange schedules) modeled.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme means the scheme of that name administered by the Common Services Agency (constituted under section 10 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(b));

  • Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights means the rights to revenues that are derived from incremental Available Transfer Capability created by the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities or of one of more Customer-Funded Upgrades.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Market Participant Energy Withdrawal means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Demand Bids, Decrement Bids, real-time load (net of Behind The Meter Generation expected to be operating, but not to be less than zero), internal bilateral transactions and Export Transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals. Market Seller Offer Cap:

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail

  • Integrated Digital Loop Carrier means a subscriber loop carrier system that is twenty-four (24) local Loop transmission paths combined into a 1.544 Mbps digital signal which integrates within the switch at a DS1 level.
