Market Participant Energy Injection means transactions in the Day-ahead Energy Market and Real-time Energy Market, including but not limited to Day-ahead generation schedules, real- time generation output, Increment Offers, internal bilateral transactions and import transactions, as further described in the PJM Manuals.
Market Participant means an entity that, for its own account, produces, transmits, sells, and/or purchases for its own consumption or resale capacity, energy, energy derivatives and ancillary services in the wholesale power markets. Market Participants include transmission service customers, power exchanges, Transmission Owners, load serving entities, loads, holders of energy derivatives, generators and other power suppliers and their designated agents.
Final Withdrawal Has the meaning specified in the Escrow Agreement.
Nominated Energy Efficiency Value means the amount of load reduction that an Energy Efficiency Resource commits to provide through installation of more efficient devices or equipment or implementation of more efficient processes or systems.
Qualified withdrawal means a withdrawal from an account to pay the qualified disability expenses of the designated beneficiary of the account.
Minimum Generation Emergency means an Emergency declared by the Office of the Interconnection in which the Office of the Interconnection anticipates requesting one or more generating resources to operate at or below Normal Minimum Generation, in order to manage, alleviate, or end the Emergency.
Industrial Emissions Directive means DIRECTIVE 2010/75/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions
the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund means the registered charity of that name (number 1173260) established on 30th May 2017;
Maximum Generation Emergency Alert means an alert issued by the Office of the Interconnection to notify PJM Members, Transmission Owners, resource owners and operators, customers, and regulators that a Maximum Generation Emergency may be declared, for any Operating Day in either, as applicable, the Day-ahead Energy Market or the Real-time Energy Market, for all or any part of such Operating Day. Electric distribution company means a company defined in subdivision 39-1-2(12),
Energy efficiency measure means equipment, devices, or materials intended to decrease energy consumption, including, but not limited to, upgrades to a building envelope such as insulation and glazing; improvements in heating, ventilating and cooling systems; automated energy control systems; improved lighting, including daylighting; energy‑recovery systems; combined heat and power systems; or another utility cost‑savings measure approved by the governing body.
