Examples of Changes to the Services in a sentence

  • Changes to the Services or to this Agreement shall not be made through oral agreement or electronic mail messages.

  • Changes to the Services will be made only through a written change order signed by both parties.

  • Changes to the Services may be made and the compensation to be paid to Consultant may be adjusted by mutual agreement, but in no event may the compensation exceed the amount authorized without further written authorization.

  • Changes to the Services may be made and the compensation to be paid to Consultant may be adjusted by mutual agreement, but in no event may the compensation exceed the amount authorized by the Phoenix City Council for this Agreement without further authorization by the City Council.

  • Where the boards suggest any Changes to the Services or to the Agreement, these will be referred to the Change Control Procedure.

Related to Changes to the Services

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.

  • Core Services means the services described in the Main Agreement that BNYM is obligated to perform for Company (for clarification: excluding the products and services provided pursuant to this Schedule C).

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.
