Change of Time Periods. The time periods and/or dates described in this Agreement with respect to the giving of notices and hearings are subject to approval and change by the Court or by written agreement of Class Counsel and Counsel for Defendant, without notice to Settlement Class Members. The Parties reserve the right, by agreement and subject to Court approval, to grant any reasonable extension of time that might be needed to carry out any of the provisions of this Agreement.
Change of Time Periods. All time periods and dates described in this Settlement Agreement are subject to the Court’s approval. These time periods and dates may be changed by the Court or by the Parties’ written agreement without notice to the Class.
Change of Time Periods. Any time period, date, or deadline described in this Settlement Agreement may be modified, without notice to the Settlement Class: (a) if set by MDOR or by a Court order, as applicable; and (b) if not set by MDOR or by a Court order, by mutual written agreement of the Parties. The settlement website will advise Settlement Class Members that they may check the Court’s calendar, which is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/docket, to confirm whether any Court-ordered time periods, dates, or deadlines have been changed, including the date for the Final Approval Hearing.
Change of Time Periods. For good cause, the arbitrator may change any period of time stated herein. The parties, with the arbitrator’s consent, may agree in writing to change any period of time stated herein. Failure to issue the award or a decision affirming, modifying or correcting the award within the time periods specified in herein does not render the award or decision invalid.
