Certification Report definition

Certification Report means a summary of findings documented by ODMHSAS related to an applicant's compliance with certification standards.

Certification Report means the written documentation provided by a Contractor that provides the Secretary with sufficient information to allow the Secretary to determine whether the quantity of ICS or DSS approved by the Secretary in an approved plan has been created and whether the creation was consistent with the approved plan.
