Canadian Revolving Facility definition

Canadian Revolving Facility as defined in the definition of “Facility” in this Section 1.1.

Canadian Revolving Facility means the credit facility under this Agreement evidenced by the Canadian Revolving Commitments and the Canadian Revolving Loans.

Canadian Revolving Facility means the Canadian Revolving Commitments and the provisions herein related to the Canadian Revolving Loans, the Canadian Swingline Loans and, to the extent issued pursuant to the Canadian Revolving Commitments, Revolving Letters of Credit.

• Borrower or the Canadian Borrower may at any time and from time to time by written notice to Administrative Agent elect to request the establishment of replacement revolving commitments (“Replacement Revolving Commitments”) under the U.S. Revolving Facility or the Canadian Revolving Facility in order to effectively extend the Revolving Termination Date for such Revolving Commitments.

• The Canadian Borrower will not cancel all or any portion of the Commitments under the Canadian Revolving Facility if as a result thereof it would be required to repay Bankers’ Acceptances with a maturity date falling subsequent to the due date of such cancellation.

• Amounts borrowed under this Section 2.03 may be repaid and, up to but excluding the Revolving Credit Termination Date for the Canadian Revolving Facility, reborrowed.

• In the event the Termination Date shall occur, Obligations owed by the Loan Parties denominated in any currency other than Dollars (other than, for the avoidance of doubt, obligations in respect of undrawn Canadian Revolving Facility Letters of Credit denominated in Canadian Dollars) shall, automatically and with no further act required, be converted to obligations of the same Loan Parties denominated in Dollars.

• For greater certainty the aggregate of all outstanding Advances under the Canadian Revolving Facility, including Advances under the Canadian Swingline Facility, will at no time cumulatively exceed the Canadian Revolver Amount.

More Definitions of Canadian Revolving Facility

Canadian Revolving Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(1).

Canadian Revolving Facility means the Commitments of the Canadian Lenders to make Advances to the Canadian Borrower in accordance with Section 2.2(a) and such Advances so made.

Canadian Revolving Facility means the Canadian Revolving Facility Commitments (including any Incremental Revolving Facility Commitments thereunder) and the extensions of credit made hereunder by the Canadian Revolving Lenders.

Canadian Revolving Facility means the credit facility evidenced by the Total Canadian Revolving Commitment.

Canadian Revolving Facility means the $175 million revolving credit facility available to Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. under the Revolving Credit Agreement, including a swingline and letter of credit subfacility.

Canadian Revolving Facility means, at any time, that certain revolving loan facility in the principal amount equal to the Canadian Revolving Committed Amount from time to time established by the Canadian Revolving Lenders in favor of the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b).
