Additionally, pursuant to that certain Third Amended and Restated Guaranty (Canadian Borrower Obligations), dated May 17, 2012 (as the same has been amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Canadian Guaranty,” and together with the Domestic Guaranty, the “Guaranties”), Corinthian and the Guarantors guaranteed the Canadian Borrower’s obligations under the Credit Agreement.
