Canadian Collateral definition

Canadian Collateral means any and all property of any Canadian Loan Party subject (or purported to be subject) to a Lien under any Collateral Document and any and all other property of any Canadian Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that is or becomes subject (or purported to be subject) to a Lien pursuant to any Collateral Document, in each case, to secure the Canadian Secured Obligations.
Canadian Collateral means all the “Collateral” (or equivalent term) as defined in each Canadian Security Agreement and all other property (whether real, personal or otherwise) with respect to which any security interests have been granted (or purported to be granted) by the Canadian Credit Parties pursuant to any Security Document (including any Additional Security Documents) or will be granted in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 9.13.
Canadian Collateral means any and all property owned, leased or operated by a Person covered by the Canadian Collateral Documents and any and all other property of any Canadian Loan Party, now existing or hereafter acquired, that may at any time be or become subject to a security interest or Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent to secure the Canadian Secured Obligations.

Canadian Collateral means the Collateral owned by (or, in the event such Collateral has been foreclosed upon, immediately prior to such foreclosure that was owned by) a Canadian Credit Party.
