Business Plan and Budget definition

Business Plan and Budget means the three (3)-year business plan and annual budget for the Chilean Bank and its Subsidiaries, which shall include planned expenditures, revenues, sources and uses of funds and timing and estimates of dividends and shall be presented to the Board for approval at least fifteen (15) days in advance of the applicable Board meeting.
Business Plan and Budget has the meaning set forth in Article 6 hereof.

Business Plan and Budget means the business plan and budget prepared annually or more often by Manager setting forth the items described in Section 2.04.

Business Plan and Budget means that certain business plan and budget prepared by Borrower and approved by Lender in accordance with Section 6.14 below.
