Building Codes definition

Building Codes means the Building Codes and Fire Codes in effect at the time of issuance of a permit for a particular development activity.
Building Codes means the combined specialty codes adopted under ORS 446.062, 446.185, 447.020 (2), 455.020 (2), 455.496, 455.610, 455.680, 460.085, 460.360, 479.730 (1) or

More Definitions of Building Codes

Building Codes. ’ means the nationally recognized codes and standards referenced in Chapter 9 of Title 6 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended.
Building Codes means all codes and Law applicable to the design, construction, building requirements, standards and operation as a public stadium and venue of the Stadium, including the Building Code Act (Ontario);
Building Codes means standard uniform codes adopted by the City governing construction, including without limitation, the Residential Code, Building Code, the Energy Code, the Green Building Code, the Plumbing Code, the Electrical Code, the Mechanical Code, and the Fire Code including amendments thereto by the County of Los Angeles, as modified and amended by official action of the City as set forth in Title 2 and Chapter 3.16 of the WMC as may be amended from time to time.
Building Codes means the City and State building and fire codes as set forth in the University Place Municipal Code.

Building Codes means the County’s currently effective building, plumbing, fire, mechanical, electrical, zoning, dangerous building or energy codes or regulations, or mandate of any nature concerning the same. Said building codes are incorporated into these regulations, except for any penalty provisions contained therein. Should there be irreconcilable conflict between any of the provisions of these regulations and any of those building codes, the more stringent requirements of the conflicting provisions shall be applicable. Should a dispute arise between the County and any person concerning the applicability of such conflicting provisions, the dispute shall be resolved in the manner set forth in the particular building code, a provision, or the provisions, of which conflict with these regulations.
