Broadcast Media definition

Broadcast Media means all or any methods (whether point-to-point or point-to- multipoint) of broadcasting, distributing, transmitting or otherwise communicating to the public, in each case by electronic, magnetic or electro-magnetic means, audio-visual material with or without data for reception and use on all or any devices, whether such methods or devices are now known or invented, devised or released in the future including via the Internet (including broadband), DSL, ADSL and Mobile Technology, analogue and/or digital terrestrial, cable and satellite systems, SMATV (Satellite Master Antenna Television) or MMDS (wireless cable);
Broadcast Media means any radio or television broadcast for consumers. It excludes broadcasts only available to healthcare professionals and information available on the internet.
