Bid Schedule definition

Bid Schedule means that part of the Bid that lists Pay Items, units of measurement, prices, estimated quantities, and the total Bid price. The Base Bid and any Alternates that are added to or deleted from the Base Bid by the Agreement will become the “Contract Price Schedule”.
Bid Schedule means the list of bid items, together with estimated quantities appearing in the proposal form.
Bid Schedule means the Bid Schedule submitted by CONTRACTOR with the Bid; unless CONTRACTOR was the sole responsive bidder and the Parties have negotiated final pricing as part of the bid solicitation process pursuant to the Purchasing Code, in which instance the term means the Revised Bid Schedule included within the Contract Documents.
