Bid Margin definition

Bid Margin has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).
Bid Margin means the per annum percentage rate quoted by Bank and accepted by Borrower with regard to an Advance requested hereunder.

Examples of Bid Margin in a sentence

  • A suitably sized monorail and chain hoist shall be provided in each shop.

  • All Competitive Bid Loans shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) the Eurodollar Rate determined for the Interest Period (determined as if the related Competitive Bid Loan were a Revolving Loan which is a Eurodollar Loan) plus (ii) the Competitive Bid Margin quoted by the Lender making such Competitive Bid Loan in accordance with Section 2.2.

Related to Bid Margin

  • Competitive Bid Margin means the margin above or below the applicable Eurodollar Base Rate offered for a Eurodollar Bid Rate Loan, expressed as a percentage (rounded to the nearest 1/100 of 1%) to be added or subtracted from such Eurodollar Base Rate.

  • LIBOR Margin has the meaning given that term in Section 2.2.(c)(ii)(D).

  • CD Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.

  • Absolute Rate means a fixed rate of interest expressed in multiples of 1/100th of one basis point.

  • Applicable LIBOR Margin means a per annum rate of interest payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate on LIBOR Rate Loans, determined by reference to Section 1.6.

  • Eurodollar Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Competitive Bid Rate means, with respect to any Competitive Bid, the Margin or the Fixed Rate, as applicable, offered by the Lender making such Competitive Bid.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Competitive Bid Advance means an advance by a Lender to the Borrower as part of a Competitive Bid Borrowing resulting from the competitive bidding procedure described in Section 2.03 and refers to a Fixed Rate Advance or a LIBO Rate Advance.

  • Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Applicable Eurocurrency Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurocurrency Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Step Up Margin means the rate per annum specified in the applicable Final Terms; and

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Substitute Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3(b).

  • Money Market Absolute Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(d).

  • Eurodollar Competitive Loan means any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Competitive Bid Loan means a Eurodollar Bid Rate Loan or an Absolute Rate Loan, or both, as the case may be.

  • Tranche Period means, with respect to any Purchaser Interest held by a Financial Institution:

  • Applicable Revolver Index Margin means the per annum interest rate margin from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the Index Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the LIBO Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that if the LIBO Screen Rate shall not be available at such time for such Interest Period (an “Impacted Interest Period”) then the LIBO Rate shall be the Interpolated Rate.

  • Competitive Bid means an offer by a Lender to make a Competitive Loan in accordance with Section 2.04.
