BCDR Plan definition

BCDR Plan means the plan consisting of general business continuity and disaster recovery principles, the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan as further described in paragraph 1.2 of Schedule 2- 14.
BCDR Plan any plan [prepared pursuant to schedule 2 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Provisions)/set out in schedule 2 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Provisions)], as may be amended from time to time;

Examples of BCDR Plan in a sentence

  • In the event of a complete loss of service or in the event of a Disaster, the Supplier shall immediately invoke the BCDR Plan (and shall inform the Customer promptly of such invocation).

  • The Supplier's costs of the additional test shall be borne by the Customer unless the BCDR Plan fails the additional test in which case the Supplier's costs of that failed test shall be borne by the Supplier.

  • The Supplier shall undertake and manage testing of the BCDR Plan in full consultation with the Customer and shall liaise with the Customer in respect of the planning, performance, and review, of each test, and shall comply with the reasonable requirements of the Customer in this regard.

  • Following each test, the Supplier shall take all measures requested by the Customer, (including requests for the re-testing of the BCDR Plan) to remedy any failures in the BCDR Plan and such remedial activity and re-testing shall be completed by the Supplier, at no additional cost to the Customer, by the date reasonably required by the Customer and set out in such notice.

  • At the Supplier’s request, the Customer shall provide the Supplier with a copy of its BCDR Plan.


More Definitions of BCDR Plan

BCDR Plan means any plan relating to business continuity and disaster recovery as referred to in paragraph 2.5 of the Order Form
BCDR Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 1 of (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery), as may be amended from time to time.

Breach of Security means in accordance with the security requirements in Schedule 2-2 and the Security Policy, the occurrence of (a) any unauthorised access to or use of the Ordered IT Products, the CUSTOMER Premises, the Sites, the CONTRACTOR System and/or any ICT, information or data (including the Confidential Information and the CUSTOMER Data) used by the CUSTOMER and/or the CONTRACTOR in connection with this Contract; and/or (b) the loss and/or unauthorised disclosure of any information or data (including the Confidential Information and the CUSTOMER Data), including any copies of such information or data, used by the CUSTOMER and/or the CONTRACTOR in connection with this Contract.
BCDR Plan means the Supplier’s plan relating to business continuity and disaster recovery as referred to in Clause 15 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) and Schedule 9 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);
