Supplier shall prepare and maintain at no additional cost to Buyer a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”).
Such Business Continuity Plan shall include, but shall not be limited to, testing, accountability and corrective actions designed to be promptly implemented, if necessary.
The Supplier shall ensure that relevant Staff are aware of and able to implement the Business Continuity Plan whenever an emergency situation occurs.
