BC Proceeding definition

BC Proceeding means the proceeding commenced by the BC Plaintiff before the BC Court that is identified in Schedule “A” to this Settlement Agreement.
BC Proceeding means the proceeding commenced by Xxxxx Xxxxxx Main in the form of an action filed in the BC Court (Vancouver registry), Court File No. S078807, filed on December 24, 2007.
