BC Action definition

BC Action means the BC Action as defined in Schedule A.
BC Action means the proceeding commenced by the BC Plaintiff before the BC Court that is identified in Schedule “A” to this Settlement Agreement.
BC Action means the proceeding commenced in the British Columbia Supreme Court, under Vancouver Registry No. S067490.

  • Quebec Action means the Quebec Action as defined in Schedule A.
