Ready for Service or "RFS" – A Collocation job is considered to be Ready for Service when Qwest has completed all operational work in accordance with CLEC Application and makes functional space available to CLEC. Such work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: DC power (fuses available, Battery Distribution Fuse Board (BDFB) is powered, and cables between CLEC and power are terminated), cage enclosures, primary AC outlet, cable racking, and circuit terminations (e.g., fiber jumpers are placed between the outside plant fiber distribution panel and the Central Office fiber distribution panel serving CLEC) and APOT/CFA are complete, telephone service, and other services and facilities ordered by CLEC for Provisioning by the RFS date.
Fee-for-service or “FFS” means a method of payment by the AHCCCS Administration to a registered provider on an amount-per-service basis for a member not enrolled with a contractor.

Ready for Service Date means the Day designated as such by Company by Notice to Customer stating that Company has Facilities which are ready for and are capable of rendering the Service applied for by Customer.

Selected submission means and refers to the submission sent to the City of Waco by the Selected Firm.
Request for Services or “RFS” means the document used by the City’s Project Manager to obtain services under this Agreement. The RFS must include a description of required services and schedule. It is to be emailed/faxed to the Consultant who in turn will provide a detailed costing for the service. The RFS must be reviewed and approved by the City’s Project Manager before the work is to proceed. A detailed process and sample of the RFS is attached as Schedules 2 and 3, respectively.

Agent for Service of Process means every person now or hereafter appointed by the Contractor to be served or to accept service of process in any State of the United States. Without excluding any other method of service authorized by law, the Contractor agrees that every Agent for Service of Process is designated as its non-exclusive agent for service of process, summons, and complaint. The Contractor will instruct each Agent for Service of Process that after such agent receives the process, summons, or complaint, such agent shall promptly send it to the Contractor. This subsection (ii) does not apply while the Contractor maintains a registered agent in North Carolina with the office of the N. C. Automatic Route Selection or “ARS” means a service feature associated with a specific grouping of lines that provides for automatic selection of the least expensive or most appropriate transmission facility for each call based on criteria programmed into the system.

Automated Message Accounting (AMA means the structure that is inherent in switch technology that initially records Telecommunication message information. AMA format is contained in the Automated Message Accounting document published by iconectiv (formerly known as Telcordia) as GR-1100-CORE, which defines and amends the industry standard for message recording.
Website for Notices means the Website(s) for Notices as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Placement for adoption or “Placement” means the assumption and retention by a person of a legal obligation for total or partial support of a child in anticipation of the adoption of the child.
Eligibility and selection criteria means criteria for determining:
Common Reporting Standard (CRS) means the Standard for Automatic Exchange of Financial Account Information (“AEOFAI”) in Tax Matters and was developed in response to the G20 request and approved by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Council on 15 July 2014, calls on jurisdictions to obtain information from their financial institutions and automatically exchange that information with other jurisdictions on an annual basis. It sets out the financial account information to be exchanged, the financial institutions required to report, the different types of accounts and taxpayers covered, as well as common due diligence procedures to be followed by financial institutions.
Basis Adjustment means the adjustment to the tax basis of an Original Asset under Sections 743(b) and 754 of the Code and comparable sections of state and local tax laws (as calculated under Section 2.01 of this Agreement) as a result of an Exchange and the payments made pursuant to this Agreement.
Board-Established Criteria means criteria that the Board of a Regulated Fund may establish from time to time to describe the characteristics of Potential Co-Investment Transactions regarding which the Adviser to the Regulated Fund should be notified under Condition 1. The Board-Established Criteria will be consistent with the Regulated Fund’s Objectives and Strategies (defined below). If no Board-Established Criteria are in effect, then the Regulated Fund’s Adviser will be notified of all Potential Co-Investment Transactions that fall within the Regulated Fund’s then-current Objectives and Strategies. Board-Established Criteria will be objective and testable, meaning that they will be based on observable information, such as industry/sector of the issuer, minimum EBITDA of the issuer, asset class of the investment opportunity or required commitment size, and not on characteristics that involve a discretionary assessment. The Adviser to the Regulated Fund may from time to time recommend criteria for the Board’s consideration, but Board-Established Criteria will only become effective if approved by a majority of the Independent Directors (defined below). The Independent Directors of a Regulated Fund may at any time rescind, suspend or qualify their approval of any Board-Established Criteria, though Applicants anticipate that, under normal circumstances, the Board would not modify these criteria more often than quarterly.
