Basic Subscribers means, as of any date and for each System, all Active Customers of Basic Services of such System who are individually billed for Basic Services.
Basic Subscribers means all of the following which are receiving basic cable television service provided by the CATV Systems: (a) the number of single family dwellings, plus the number of individual households in multiple dwelling units, purchasing basic cable television service, (b) the number of commercial rate customers purchasing basic cable television service and (c) the number of courtesy and free service customers.

This definition shall be subject to such modifications as the Borrowers from time to time determine to be reasonably appropriate (and of which the Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent, which shall promptly notify the Lenders), provided that such modifications are consistent with the periodic reports and/or registrations at the time being filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission by Mediacom LLC or MCC.
