B Warrants definition

B Warrants shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Subscription Agreement;

B Warrants means warrants held by the Company in Hybridon as from the Initial Offer Period prior to the Secondary Offer Period. The value of the B Warrants at any point in time will be determined by the difference in the strike price and current market value as well as the remaining validity of the B Warrants.
