Australian University definition

Australian University means a registered higher education provider for the purposes of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Xxx 0000 (Cth), that is registered in a provider category that permits the use of the word “university”.
Australian University means an entity that is listed as a Table A provider or a Table B provider under the Higher Education Support Act 2003.
